Chiropractic care is a healthcare discipline focused on diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal disorders, particularly those affecting the spine. Using non-invasive techniques like spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises, chiropractic care helps restore alignment, improve nervous system function, and promote overall wellness.

Chiropractic care works by addressing misalignments in the spine and other joints. When your spine is properly aligned, your body functions better, pain is reduced, and mobility is improved.

Yes, chiropractic care is widely recognized as a safe, non-invasive treatment when performed by a licensed chiropractor. Each treatment is tailored to your specific condition and health needs to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Chiropractic adjustments are generally painless and safe. Some patients feel immediate relief, while others may experience mild soreness, similar to post-workout stiffness.

Treatment Questions

Chiropractors treat a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Sciatica
  • Sports injuries
  • Joint pain (e.g., knees, shoulders, wrists)
  • Postural issues

X-rays may be recommended if they are necessary to better understand your condition or to rule out underlying issues like fractures or degeneration.

All x-rays are taken in-house. If advanced imaging is necessary, Dr. Little will refer you to a trusted imaging center.

The number of visits varies depending on your condition, health goals, and how your body responds to treatment. After your initial exam, Dr. Little will outline a customized care plan tailored to your specific needs.

Costs & Insurance

Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care, but coverage can vary.

If you plan on using insurance, bring a valid ID and your insurance card. Our staff will contact your provider and confirm your eligibility.

Currently, we are a self-pay office, but we are actively working to become in-network with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Medicare, and Cigna.

The cost of a visit depends on factors like the type of treatment, session length, and whether insurance is used. We offer affordable cash payment options and flexible payment plans.

We believe quality chiropractic care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Our team will discuss pricing, payment options, and flexible plans to fit your budget.
